If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of SHIFAYA's Services immediately.

SHIFAYA provides educational support services including:

• Academic tutoring
• Healthcare pathway mentoring
• University admissions guidance

• Curriculum support
• Personalised learning programmes
• Educational resources and digital content

SHIFAYA does not provide:

• Healthcare treatment
• Clinical consultations
• Pharmaceutical recommendations

All services are educational in nature.

Users may be required to create an account to access certain services.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Securing passwords

• Updating account details when necessary

SHIFAYA shall not be responsible for unauthorised access resulting from user negligence.

All tutoring sessions, mentoring programmes, consultations, and educational services must be paid according to SHIFAYA pricing policies.

SHIFAYA reserves the right to:

• Modify fees
• Refuse bookings
• Suspend services for unpaid balances
• Update package pricing without prior notice

Payments may be processed through approved third-party payment providers.

• Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be rescheduled.
• Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be forfeited.
• Missed sessions without notice may be considered completed.
• Completed educational services are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
• Refund decisions remain at SHIFAYA's sole discretion.

Users must behave respectfully toward:

• Tutors
• Mentors
• Advisors
• Staff
• Other users

The following are prohibited:

• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Threats
• Abusive language
• Recording sessions without consent

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

All SHIFAYA content remains the exclusive property of SHIFAYA.

This includes:

• Branding and logos
• Curriculum frameworks
• Learning materials
• Educational resources
• Videos and articles
• Downloads and pathway guides

No content may be copied, distributed, reproduced, sold, or republished without written permission.

Use of SHIFAYA Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

SHIFAYA provides educational support only.

Information provided through tutors, mentors, advisors, articles, pathway resources, and educational content should not be considered professional legal, financial, immigration, healthcare, or regulatory advice.

Students remain responsible for independently verifying all information.

SHIFAYA specialises in healthcare education pathways. However:

• SHIFAYA is not a university
• SHIFAYA is not a healthcare regulator
• SHIFAYA is not a licensing authority
• SHIFAYA is not a healthcare provider

Information regarding medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, nursing, biomedical sciences, and related healthcare careers is provided for educational purposes only. Students remain responsible for verifying requirements directly with universities and professional regulators.

SHIFAYA does not guarantee:

• Examination results
• Academic grades
• University admission
• Scholarship awards
• Visa approvals
• Professional registration
• Employment outcomes

Past success stories do not guarantee future results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHIFAYA shall not be liable for:

• Academic outcomes
• Admissions outcomes
• Examination performance
• Lost opportunities
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid by the user to SHIFAYA during the previous 12 months.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHIFAYA, its directors, employees, tutors, mentors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse of services
• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Reliance upon educational guidance

SHIFAYA may suspend or terminate access immediately where users:

• Breach these Terms
• Abuse staff
• Engage in fraud
• Misuse the platform
• Violate applicable laws

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah and the United Arab Emirates.
